FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you take reservations?

No. seating for dine-in is first come, first served. we keep a digital waitlist if there are no tables available, and send a text alert when a spot opens up. on a related note, you cannot order ahead and then sit down at a table to eat.

do you have gluten free pizza or pasta?

no. however, we usually have gluten free options in the ‘small plates’ section of the menu. those options rotate seasonally. if you have celiac disease or are highly sensitive to gluten, you should be very cautious. our space is small and trace contamination of flour is almost guaranteed.

How do I place an order? Do you have a phone number?

We do not take orders over the phone. Place online orders by clcking ‘Order now’ on cornellyseattle.com. if you need to reach the restaurant about something else, please email info@cornellyseattle.com

Do you have a paper menu?

Yes. if you are dining in or ordering in person we have up-to-date menus printed in the restauant.

Do you sell pizza by the slice?

No, We sell 14" pies

How do I customize my order?

-Allergies / Dietary Restrictions:

Please use the ‘special request’ function on the ordering website if there is an allergy or omission we need to be aware of. Feel free to be as detailed as possible, the more info the better. We are a high gluten and dairy facility but many of our small plates can be adjusted to accommodate those restrictions.

Add ons:

go nuts, we love adding extra toppings to your pizza!

We do not do 1/2 and 1/2 customizations on pizza. Unless, for example, "only pep on half the pie", etc. We cannot mix two different kinds of pies into one.

Will I get text message updates on my order? How do I know when it will be ready?

no texts updates. please arrive as close to your estimated pickup time as possible. Its very unusual for orders to be ready ‘early’. even if we are slow, we don’t make orders early because we assume folks will show up at the estimated time, and we don’t want the food to sit in the boxes any longer than necessary. your best bet is to show up on time or even a couple minutes later than the estimate provided on your order.
